We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Accounting Specialist to join our team in the construction industry. This role is responsible for handling daily accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting overall office operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction accounting, be proficient in financial management software, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions
-Manage job cost accounting and track project expenses
-Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and general ledger accounts
-Prepare and process invoices, payments, and payroll
-Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
-Support office administration tasks, including document management and filing
Qualifications:
-Experience in construction accounting or a related field
-Experience in QuickBooks
