As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate payment processing for our organization. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable
Proficiency in data entry with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Preferred: Proficiency in Oracle
