We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments. This role will handle invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, and payment runs, while maintaining strong vendor relationships and supporting month-end close activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and verify invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
• Manage weekly payment runs (checks, ACH, wire transfers).
• Resolve vendor discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare reports and support month-end close.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and controls.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
