Title: Account Payable Representative
Location: Eden Prairie, MN (Hybrid)
Assignment: 4/14/25- 3months (potential temp to hire)
Schedule: 8am – 5pm (Mon, Tues, and Fri. – work from home / Wed, Thurs. – onsite)
Training: Onsite
Pay: $20.00 per hour PAID WEEKLY
Special details: Must pass background.

Summary
Review and enter pre-approved, non-PO, within the accounts payable software system ensuring timely and accurate payments to our suppliers. Process supplier invoices in accordance with Service Level Expectations (SLAs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Assist with data loads
• Research and resolve all past due balances or standard disputes
• Communicate with employees and suppliers to resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
• Review past due invoice balances
• Help process month end close
• Provide timely escalation of issues requiring 2nd level support to Accounts Payable Supervisor or Manager Participate in department projects and company initiatives as required
• Continue to develop skills and build upon knowledge of Accounts Payable processes
• Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements
Education/Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior AP experience
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
• Solid attention to detail and ability to work well within a deadline driven environment
• Perform functions efficiently and accurately
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Positive, professional attitude and customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
