Are you an Accounts Payable Specialist with a passion for numbers and attention to detail? Do you have experience in the food and beverage industry and proficiency with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint? If so, we want you to join our dynamic team in Portland, Oregon!

What You’ll Do:
? Process vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payments accurately and efficiently
? Ensure timely and accurate payments while verifying invoices against purchase orders and receipts
? Maintain vendor records, handle inquiries, and resolve payment discrepancies
? Reconcile AP transactions, credit card statements, and vendor accounts
? Assist with month-end closing, accruals, and financial reporting
? Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless processes
? Utilize Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint for document management and team collaboration
? Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and industry best practices

What We’re Looking For:
? 2-5 years of accounts payable or accounting experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry
? Strong knowledge of AP processes, invoice matching, and reconciliations
? Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint for collaboration and document sharing
? Experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar)
? Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
? Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
? Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
