Accounts Payable Specialist | Longmont | $25-$27 hourly

The Accounts Payable Specialist will ensure timely processing of supplier invoices, resolve payment disputes, and facilitate prompt payments. Reporting to the Office Manager, responsibilities include managing accounts payable, performing 3-way matching, and maintaining vendor relationships using SAGE and Peachtree software. Additional tasks involve inventory assistance, safety monitoring, and workflow organization.

Key Skills:

-Proficiency in SAGE and Peachtree
-3-way matching experience
-Vendor management
-Invoice processing and reconciliation
-Attention to detail and strong communication

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED (Associate degree preferred)
