The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a cheerful disposition who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The Accounts Payable position is responsible for all accounting work associated with accounts payable which includes but is not limited to processing vendor/financial invoices and payments for the company.

Record all costs associated with various projects, including labor and materials and overhead expenses

This person must be able to manage a wide variety of tasks, many times performing them at the same time, while under company billing/closing deadlines.

Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills required.
