We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to process invoices and resolve payment issues. This role works closely with the Supply Chain Department to address discrepancies, missing receipts, and variances.
Accounts Payable Analyst
Location: 44131
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Process and verify invoices accurately and on time.
Work with Supply Chain to resolve payment discrepancies.
Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end closing.
Communicate with vendors and internal teams to address payment inquiries.
Qualifications:
Experience in accounts payable or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred: Experience with Lawson application.
