Key Responsibilities:
Process a high volume of invoices with accuracy and efficiency
Ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors, contractors, and suppliers
Manage the full accounts payable cycle from invoice receipt to payment processing
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accounting systems
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues or queries
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
Prepare reports on accounts payable activity
Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience in full-cycle accounts payable or a similar role
Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
A positive attitude and proactive problem-solving approach
