AppleOne has partnered with an established company seeking well-rounded A/R and A/P candidates.
The ideal candidate will assist with customer requests for invoices, proof of deliveries, statements, and other duties as assigned.
Duties:
-Process all incoming and outgoing invoices; post payments, manage billing.
-Ensure all financial records are accurate; resolve discrepancies.
-Assist with disputes and chargebacks.
-Update credit card information.
-Manage the mailing of invoices, ensure timely mailing.
Requirements:
-Two years of A/P and A/R experience.
-Attention to detail.
-Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
-Ability to meet deadlines.
