Wholesale Produce company in Los Angeles (90021) is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable clerk.

JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred
• Process credit memos and adjustments
• Review aging report
• Follow up with over 500 active accounts/collection calls
• Work with Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets and needs basic knowledge of Excel to work with formulas, create and edit cells and update totals
• Work with Microsoft Outlook to create calendar invites, add attendees and create folders
