Accounts Receivable Clerk Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of over 300 accounts, encompassing invoicing, collections, and payment reconciliation. Maintain a meticulous filing system for all accounts payable records. Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate reflection of account activity in the books of record. Prepare bank deposits, including verification and balancing of receipts, and issue checks or other forms of payment (ACH). Participate in the month-end close process by preparing journal entries for accruals, prepaid expenses, and depreciation. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in accounts receivable. Fluency in Spanish and English. Proven ability to maintain exceptional attention to detail.
