We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for various financial tasks, which includes financial record maintenance and transaction processing to support the accounting department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable.
Responsibilities:
- Process deposits and apply cash transactions to customer accounts
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Process refunds on customer accounts
- Maintain procedures of the position
- Respond in a timely manner to requests for financial information
- Perform all financial tasks as request by supervisor
Skills:
- Experience in general ledger reconciliation processes
- Knowledge of accounts receivable procedures
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office
- Competent in bank reconciliation processes
- Experience in software applications with an emphasis in job costing
