We are looking for a diligent and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining our financial integrity by managing all aspects of accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and handling collections. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for ensuring efficient financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate, review, and distribute invoices promptly and accurately.
Monitor accounts for overdue payments and proactively follow up with clients to ensure timely collections.
Maintain detailed records of all billing transactions, adjustments, and collections activities.
Collaborate with clients to resolve billing discrepancies, address questions, and provide necessary account support.
Post payments accurately to client accounts, ensuring records reflect accurate balances.
Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a related accounting role.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
