Job Description:
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing collections on a variety of accounts, including contract locations, Interactive Logistics loads, and equipment invoices. Your primary goal will be to keep past due receivables at or below the set goal while ensuring timely resolution of outstanding invoices.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting daily/weekly queries to pinpoint accounts requiring attention.
Assessing open invoices and documenting relevant details in GreatPlains.
Collaborating with both fleet personnel and customers to address concerns, including rate disputes and document discrepancies.
Identifying items eligible for potential write-off and furnishing essential documentation to support AR Leader's decision-making.
Managing credit memos and facilitating refunds as needed.
Leveraging TMW invoicing and dispatch software for supplementary research.
Cultivating and nurturing strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Embracing change and actively participating in refining existing processes or innovating new ones

Requirements:
Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
Proficiency in Accounts Receivable, particularly within the commercial sector, is essential.
Proficiency with GreatPlains and TMW software preferred.
Workday experience is preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
