We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team! If you’re detail-oriented, experienced with QuickBooks Enterprise, and have a strong background in accounts receivable, we want to hear from you. This role will primarily focus on managing the accounts receivable process but will also involve tasks related to accounts payable, general ledger maintenance, and payroll processing.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2-5 years of accounting experience, with a focus on accounts receivable.
Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise is required; familiarity with other accounting software is a plus.
Basic payroll knowledge is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
