Office Manager – Oil & Gas Industry – $25-$27/hr – Greeley, CO
Seeking a highly organized Office Manager to support administrative and financial operations in the oil and gas industry.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee office administration, documentation, and scheduling
-Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
-Perform data entry with accuracy and efficiency
-Manage payroll (ADP experience a plus)
-Utilize MS Office (Intermediate proficiency required)
Requirements:
-3+ years of administrative/office management experience
-Industry experience in oil and gas preferred
-Strong organizational and communication skills
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
