Administrative/Human Resources Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative/Human Resources Assistant. In this dual-role position, you will support both administrative and HR functions to help streamline office operations and provide support in various HR activities.

As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks while assisting with HR duties, including recruitment, employee records management, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and emails, routing inquiries as needed
Maintain office supplies and order inventory
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Manage and maintain office documents and records
Organize and schedule team meetings, events, and conferences
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by management
Human Resources Responsibilities:
Support recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and reviewing resumes
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
Help coordinate employee training and development programs
Assist in organizing employee performance reviews and feedback
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
Assist with benefits administration and payroll processing

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
1-3 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and regulations is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
