Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Administrative Analyst to support and improve our department’s operations through management studies, workflow analysis, and project coordination. This role involves analyzing organizational structures, processes, and resources, preparing reports, and recommending improvements. Additionally, the Analyst will assist in budgeting, grant coordination, and provide technical support on administrative matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducts studies to optimize departmental operations, staffing, and costs
Prepares reports on findings and recommendations for efficiency improvements
Supports budget development and tracks expenditures
Coordinates grant applications and various special projects
Provides administrative support and guidance to staff and other departments
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration (or related field)
2+ years of experience in administrative, management, or budget analysis
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
