Job Description:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will work closely with team members across different departments, manage office tasks, and help maintain a positive, productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling appointments.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and databases.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Assist in various clerical tasks and special projects as assigned.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Experience with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.) preferred.
