We are partnered with a growing manufacturing company in Ontario that is seeking an exceptional Administrative Assistant to join their team!
As a key player in their operations, you’ll provide crucial support to various departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions within the company.
What You’ll Do:
• Office Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing schedules, answering phones, and coordinating meetings.
• Documentation: Prepare and process reports, invoices, memos, and purchase orders; maintain accurate records.
• Communication: Serve as the point of contact for internal teams and external partners, facilitating clear and efficient communication.
• Data Entry: Ensure the accuracy of information in spreadsheets, databases, and other systems, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Logistics Coordination: Assist with the scheduling of shipments, managing inventory records, and supporting the supply chain process.
• Project Support: Aid the operations, HR, and production teams with special projects and ad hoc tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within manufacturing or a similar industry.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office management software.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational Prowess: Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-Solver: Someone who can think on their feet and troubleshoot challenges as they arise.
• Team Player: Positive attitude and ability to collaborate across departments.
