Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client's team, providing essential support to our HR department. This role will be pivotal in assisting with HR functions, event planning, travel scheduling, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be an adaptable, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for HR and coordination.
Responsibilities:
-Assist HR department with daily operations, including onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating internal communications.
-Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities from start to finish.
-Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries for HR and other departments as needed.
-Provide general administrative support such as document preparation, filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
-Support the organization and coordination of HR meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and tracking follow-ups.
-Maintain and organize office supplies and HR materials.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or relevant role, preferably within HR or event planning.
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic scheduling software.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work well under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Prior experience in HR support or event planning.
-Knowledge of HR processes or event coordination best practices.
