This Administrative Assistant Position Features:
We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented. Excellent computer skills and communication skills. Professional customer service skills both in person and over the phone. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and a strong work ethic are also required.
Responsibilities: Answer phones, forward calls, take messages, process incoming mail, manage attorneys calendar, order supplies, data entry, draft government forms/inquiry letters, organize cases for filing with immigration offices, organize/update company/clients mailing list, and other clerical/office assistant tasks as assigned. At least two (2) years of related work experience in a professional legal environment is preferred.
