Key Responsibilities:
-Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
-Assist with document preparation, filing, and record-keeping to maintain accurate and organized files.
-Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments, ensuring effective time management for team members.
-Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams professionally and efficiently.
-Support the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
-Handle data entry and ensure the accuracy of policy and claims information in the system.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in handling sensitive and confidential information.
A proactive and collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
