We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team and help streamline daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, appointments, and meetings
Handle office correspondence, phone calls, and emails
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper
Assist with data entry, reporting, and document preparation
Manage office supplies and inventory
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
