Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential support. The ideal candidate will be proficient in office administration, have excellent communication skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Office Management:
Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Coordinate office layout and space planning.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative and clerical support.
Answer and direct phone calls.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
Project Assistance:
Assist with various projects as needed, including research, data entry, and report generation.
Event Planning:
Coordinate and plan company events, meetings, and conferences.
Travel Arrangements:
Book and arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft1 Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive and proactive attitude.
