What You’ll Do:
-Provide top-notch administrative support to ensure daily operations run seamlessly.
-Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
-Handle correspondence, emails, and calls with professionalism.
-Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
-Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy access.
-Assist with special projects and collaborate with team members across departments.
What We’re Looking For:
-Proven experience in an administrative or support role.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
-Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
-A proactive, problem-solving attitude with keen attention to detail.
