Temporary Administrative Position
A temporary administrative assistant is needed from December 12 – December 30, 2024. This position offers an opportunity to gain experience in an administrative role while helping a vital public service department run smoothly.
Position Details:
Duties: General administrative support, including handling inquiries, assisting with paperwork, and supporting team operations.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Note: Off on December 24th and 25th for the holiday; unpaid days off).
Compensation: $18 per hour
Employment Dates: December 12 – December 30, 2024
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficient in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)1 year of prior in person administrative or office experience is required
