Production /Proofreading of printed daily changing menus
Greet guests warmly and assist them with reservations either in person or over the phone.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide information about restaurant services.
Coordinate with the staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
Assist with seating and monitoring to ensure adequate coverage.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Instagram and other social media; generally fluent in technology basics.
