We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth daily operations and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally.
-Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
-Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
-Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
-Support office management tasks, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
-Organize and coordinate events, conferences, and meetings as needed.
-Handle confidential information with discretion.
-Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient communication and operations.
-Perform other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
-Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
-Professional and friendly demeanor.
