What You’ll Be Doing:
Providing top-notch administrative support to departments and executive staff
Assisting the marketing department with creative projects and campaign support
Creating visually appealing presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
Assisting with document design and marketing materials (experience with Adobe InDesign a plus)
Coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
Preparing reports, handling confidential documents, and supporting daily office operations
What We’re Looking For:
Experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
Adobe InDesign experience highly preferred
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy work environment
