Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls, transfer to correct extensions.
• Accounts payable
• Maintain supply inventory.
• Submit expense reports.
• Arrange meetings and take minutes.
• Manage filing system.
• Schedule and make appointments.
• Data entry in Excel
Qualifications
• MS Office Applications, type 40 WPM a plus
• Professional presentation
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong time management skills
• Construction industry experience a plus
Education:
High school diploma required, if you have 1-3 years of experience in a administrative position and love working with internal and external clients and customers, this is the job for you!
