Administrative Assistant (Bilingual Eng-Sp)
Description:
Responsible for recruitment and marketing efforts to promote the Academic Institution, with a focus on Hispanic and Latino prospective students. Provides counseling to students and families, coordinates communication with constituents, and assists with campus events and special populations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience in college admissions, enrollment management, or student life involvement.
- Strong customer service skills, ethical standards, and a valid driver’s license with a safe driving history.
Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of student development, educational administration, and counseling techniques.
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop and implement beneficial programs for the campus community.
- Positive attitude and effective teamwork skills.
