BUSY CPA firm is looking to hire MULTIPLE Part Time Office Administrator's (Strong Admin) will be the right hand to the CPA in an office of TWO people.
**Can NOT have any time off needed between now and May 15th (doctor/dentist appointments are okay) due to busy tax season**
**Previous financial services background is s a plus**
**Due to the nature of the business, the person hired MUST:
•Be in good stand with credit history – credit check will be run if hired
•Pass a criminal background check – background check will be run if hired
Job Duties:
•Start ASAP until May 15th
•Monday – Friday
•9am - 2pm (no lunch) or can do 9am-2:30pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
•25 hours a week
•The last 2 weeks of tax season may need to come in on Saturday for 4 to 5 hours
Duties:
•Answering phones, take messages and transfer call
•Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents
•HEAVY Email corresponding with clients (Word)
•Manage data in spreadsheets and reports (Excel)
•Keep records and reports up to date
•Organize and schedule meetings using Outlook calendar
•Use Adobe Acrobat for document conversions
•Meeting set on teams
Skills
•Must be proactive, smart, and adaptable
•Tech savvy – Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
•Come from a corporate background
•Experience working with deadlines and time crunches
