We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Administrative Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in maintaining smooth office operations.
Position Summary:
The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow throughout the office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
Manage office communication, including responding to emails and calls, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries professionally and courteously.
Maintain records and databases, ensuring all information is accurate, updated, and accessible.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
Support human resources with tasks such as onboarding, document management, and employee communications.
Monitor and order office supplies to ensure the team has the resources needed.
Assist with special projects and events, collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace; experience with scheduling and project management software is a plus.
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
