Job Opportunity: Administrative Coordinator
Location: Columbia, SC (onsite)
Pay: $31,200-$40,000
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday

Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional looking to excel in a fast-paced environment? Join our team as an Administrative Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and success of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
-Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring professional and timely responses.
-Maintain and update records, files, and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
-Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
-Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory.
-Support team members with administrative needs, including travel arrangements and expense reports.
-Participate in process improvement initiatives and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

Minimum Requirements:
-Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
-Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role.

Skills:
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
-Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
-Experience managing budgets or handling basic financial tasks.
-Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
