We are looking for a sharp Administrative Coordinator to join our team. We're a stable company with a great opportunity to gain experience in the education and childcare industry. Hours are Monday-Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Enrollment Management: Oversee the enrollment process, including registration, documentation, and maintaining accurate student records. Coordinate with parents/guardians to ensure timely completion of enrollment requirements.
- Transportation Scheduling and Communication: Maintain transportation schedule by updating each school’s dismissal calendar and communicate with each respective driver.
- Communication and Correspondence: Serve as a primary point of contact for parents/guardians, staff, and external stakeholders. Answer and manage communications via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Disseminate program information, updates, and announcements effectively.
- Program Logistics Coordination: Assist in scheduling and coordinating program activities, events, and field trips. Collaborate with program staff to ensure seamless execution of program logistics, including transportation, facility bookings, and resource allocation.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the program director and staff, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and office organization. Manage office supplies inventory and procurement as needed.
Qualifications
- One year of office support experience
- Experience and familiarity with Google Docs
- Degree in education or child development preferred
- Prior tutoring/afterschool program industry experience a plus
- Bilingual Mandarin, conversational okay
