Job Posting: Air/Ocean Logistics Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking an Air/Ocean Logistics Coordinator to oversee the seamless coordination of air and ocean freight shipments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, excellent communication skills in Asian languages (Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, or other relevant languages), and an in-depth understanding of the intricacies of international shipping.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate end-to-end air and ocean freight logistics, ensuring timely delivery.
Collaborate with clients, carriers, and agents to arrange shipment bookings and resolve issues.
Prepare and review shipping documents, including B/L, AWB, invoices, and customs declarations.
Communicate effectively with international clients, vendors, and stakeholders, particularly in Asian markets.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company standards.
Monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates to clients and internal teams.
Negotiate rates with carriers to optimize costs while maintaining service quality.

Requirements:
Proven experience in air and ocean freight coordination.
Proficiency in one or more Asian languages (e.g., Mandarin, Korean, Japanese) is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of logistics processes and industry regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Proficiency in logistics software and tools (e.g., Freight Forwarding Systems, Microsoft Office).
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
