A private jet charter company in Van Nuys, CA is looking for an Aircraft Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team!

Pay: $30-$45 an hour
Location: On-site in Van Nuys, CA 91406
Duration: Temp-to-Hire
Start: ASAP

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all aircraft maintenance accomplished on fleet aircraft meet the technical standards as established by the aircraft manufacturer, the Federal Aviation Administration and Silver Air.
- Enforcing proper aircraft maintenance procedures.
- Conducting audits of aircraft return to service documentation, maintenance vendor approvals and other CASS requirements.
- Reviewing and analyzing aircraft maintenance records, as well as conducting on-site inspections of aircraft maintenance vendors and even corporate aircraft.
- Identifying and addressing any potential quality or safety issues, as well as implementing and monitoring corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within the Quality Department and ensuring department needs are addressed.

Qualifications:
- Experience in corporate aviation, & QA department experience preferred; 5+ years is preferred.
