Immediate need for Architectural Project Manager – Commercial & Retail Projects

Are you a highly skilled Architectural Project Manager with a passion for leading dynamic commercial projects? We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee retail, restaurant, office, and mixed-use developments while managing multiple projects and production teams. If you have strong knowledge of construction documentation, Los Angeles and California building codes, and ADA regulations, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage multiple commercial projects from concept to completion
Oversee project documentation, permitting, and submittal processes
Coordinate with MEP, structural, and other disciplines during the design phase
Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and best construction practices
Manage project communication, administration, and team collaboration
Work with construction types I, II, III, and V

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
5+ years of experience managing commercial projects
Advanced AutoCAD & Revit skills (5+ years)
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
