Job Summary:
As an Assembler, you will play a key role in our manufacturing process, putting together components to create finished products according to specifications and quality standards. This position is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work well both independently and within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble various components and parts according to work orders, schematics, and blueprints.
Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards and function as intended.
Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively.
Follow company and safety guidelines to maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly process.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as an assembler or in a similar role.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and instructions.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with mechanical, electronic, or other specialized assembly.
Familiarity with industry-specific tools and equipment.
Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication.
