Qualifications:
1+ years of manufacturing experience in an assembly or similar role
Familiarity with hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed
High school diploma or GED
Pass background and drug screening


Key Responsibilities:
Assemble parts and components according to detailed instructions, blueprints, and work orders
Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors
Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and ensure project deadlines are met
Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Schedule:
M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with OT as needed

Pay:
$20+ DOE
