Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to join our team. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including tenant relations, administrative tasks, and property operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Tenant Relations:
Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Enforce lease terms and ensure tenant compliance.
Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs.
Administrative Tasks:
Prepare and process lease documents and invoices.
Maintain accurate tenant records and property files.
Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting.
Property Operations:
Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors.
Inspect properties regularly to identify and address maintenance issues.
Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
Minimum of one year of experience in property management or related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Valid North Carolina driver's license
