Job Title: Assistant Construction Project Manager

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year (depending on experience)

About the Role:
We are seeking an Assistant Construction Project Manager to join our growing team in Indian Land, SC. This role is perfect for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the success of our construction projects. The ideal candidate is a team player, able to step in and assist wherever needed, and excels in communication with subcontractors, clients, and co-workers.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and executing construction projects.
-Act as a liaison between subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to ensure smooth communication and operations.
-Track project progress, monitor timelines, and update schedules as needed.
-Help manage budgets and prepare reports on project expenditures and progress.
-Review and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and schedules.
-Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
-Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction.
-Support the team in any additional tasks as required to meet project goals.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
-1-3 years of experience in construction or project management support OR degree in engineering or construction management.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
-Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
-Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.
-Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
-Valid driver’s license and ability to visit job sites as needed.
