Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with equipment rentals, prepare contracts, and handle payments (cash, credit, deposits).
• Maintain organized contract files and manage item reservations.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and handle phone inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, stocked showroom and assist with inventory checks.
• Help with loading/unloading equipment and provide safety demonstrations.
• Resolve customer issues and report any safety concerns.
• Adhere to company policies and participate in store meetings.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Customer Service:
• Provide excellent service in person and over the phone.
• Process transactions accurately, including payments and credits.
Qualifications:
• Valid Drivers License with clean record- gave m
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to lift to 70 lbs and maintain a professional appearance. - will be lifting equipment and help load customer cars, moving things around the shop and loading trucks
• Must pass a drug screening and maintain reliable attendance.
