• Superintendent-Estero Area Shopping Center project. Ideal candidate needs to have commercial Jr Superintendent experience and live in the Estero and Ft Myers Area.

Pay range will be based on experience: $70K-$90K with an annual bonus of $5K bonus

Residential and Commercial GC starting out as a developer. They work with Archdiocese of Miami projects as well as large shopping centers and large residential homes as well. Currently, they have a staff of around 8-10 employes but a growing fast. Owners have been in the South Florida Commercial Construction Industry for many years and are very well known and have excellent reputation.

• Eight (8) paid holidays including New Year’s Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day (including Friday), Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
• Guaranteed annual bonus of $5,000.00.
• Two (2) weeks paid vacation after the first year (vacation may be prorated and used during the first year).
• Hardware to perform duties.
• Health insurance (will be rollout in February 2025 for current employees. New employees after 3 months of employment)
• Car allowance or company truck (field personnel)
• SunPass (field personnel).
