Are you ready to take your financial planning career to the next level? We’re looking for an Associate Planner to join our dynamic, client-focused team. In this role, you’ll work closely with a seasoned Financial Planner to build and implement customized financial plans for a growing base of high-net-worth clients. This is a full-time Monday through Friday role in the office each day. After 90 days, you will be eligible for hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and Implement Plans: Develop comprehensive financial plans and investment portfolios tailored to each client.
- Client Service: Provide advice in areas like investment, tax, insurance, and retirement planning.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients and help onboard new clients.
- Collaboration: Participate in client meetings (solo or with Financial Planner) and engage in team discussions.
- Continuous Learning: Act as a resource for the team, offering training and support on technical matters.
- Timely Communication: Respond to client inquiries and emails (same day) to provide an exceptional service experience.
What You Bring:
- Financial Services Experience: 3+ years in financial planning or related field.
- Education & Licensing: College degree, Series 65 or 66, and State Life Insurance license.
- Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong mathematical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Team Player: Ability to thrive in a family-oriented, fun, and collaborative environment.

Compensation: $60-75K DOE in addition to Quarterly Incentives
