We're on the lookout for an Assistant Store Manager / Equipment Rental Specialist to join our growing team in Snohomish County, WA. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for equipment rentals, customer satisfaction, and day-to-day store operations. ?? What You’ll Do:
?? Deliver top-notch customer service by guiding customers through equipment rental options and usage.

?? Keep operations smooth by managing inventory, tracking rentals, and maintaining organized records.

?? Maintain a showroom that’s clean, inviting, and stocked with rental-ready equipment.

?? Troubleshoot and resolve rental issues with a positive, solutions-first approach.

?? Collaborate on special projects to improve store experience and drive operational excellence.

?? Support team members and provide leadership when the Store Manager is unavailable.

??? What You Bring:
? Exceptional customer service skills that make people feel confident and cared for.

? Hands-on mechanical experience or background in construction/equipment rental (preferred).

? A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

? Leadership or supervisory experience in a retail or rental environment.

? Problem-solving prowess and strong communication skills.

? Ability to lift 70 lbs. and thrive in a physically active environment.

? High school diploma or GED (preferred but not required).

?? Construction/mechanical experience.

?? Proven sales skills and proficiency in basic math.
