Attorney will work in a Community Association Law (HOA, COA, etc.) focused environment with a concentration in areas, including but not limited to Foreclosure and Litigation. • Member of the Florida Bar • One year of Civil Litigation experience • Experience drafting legal documents, pleadings, letters, other correspondence, etc. • Personable with effective written and oral communication skills • Utilize negotiation skills in resolving legal matters • Able to work in a high volume and quick paced changing environment • Result oriented with excellent analytical/problem solving capabilities.
