Collision Center Auto Body Estimator
Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for the automotive industry? Are you a skilled communicator and enjoy working with customers? If so, we want to hear from you!

Our growing collision center is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Auto Body Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and efficient repair of our customers' vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly examine damaged vehicles to assess the extent of repairs needed.
• Research and identify all necessary parts and materials for repairs.
• Generate detailed repair estimates using industry-standard software.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain the repair process, estimated costs, and timelines.
• Negotiate repairs with insurance companies to ensure fair compensation.
• Prepare repair orders and work closely with technicians to ensure repairs are completed according to estimates.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, repairs, and customer interactions.
• Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Auto Body Estimator or a related field.
• Strong understanding of auto body repair principles and procedures.
• Proficient in estimating software programs commonly used in the collision repair industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Benefits:

• Competitive salary range of $40,000 - $45,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
